As a Certified Physician Development Coach™, I have assisted hundreds of busy health care professionals to expand their leadership skills so they can be more influential and adopt effective habits and strategies for living, leading and accelerating business results.

My mission is to help you stand strong in the midst of change and uncertainty. I work with female physician leaders in private practice who are frustrated with the status quo to heal health care, so that medicine works better for you, your team and your patients.

My clients have recognized a need to enhance their leadership effectiveness.  Whether you are mid-career and want to take charge of your life and career; or you’re an experienced practitioner asked to assume more leadership responsibilities; or a newly practicing physician charting a career path- what my clients all have in common is - a desire to have more confidence and a stronger sense of impact, control and effectiveness.

Background and Experience:

I’m an entrepreneur at heart.  In 1983 I co-founded a Joint Commission certified home infusion pharmacy; after 18 successful years, I left the pharmacy to establish Pure Success Coaching. Since 2001, I’ve focused on consulting and executive coaching to both professionals and health care clients. Building on  my unique background in health care, business and coaching,  I now focus my energy on  helping physicians and their teams upgrade their leadership and collaboration skills to improve both patient care and bottom-line business results.
